Exploring a city on your own is certainly fun, but an informative tour with a knowledgeable guide who shares all kinds of insider tips is priceless. Digital city tours offer an entertaining way to enhance your travel experience and give you a deeper understanding of your host city.
Using a digital city guide on your cell phone is becoming increasingly popular, and you can use the information to plan your route even before you arrive at your destination. Download your digital city guide, and you’re ready to go.
Benefits of a Digital City Tour
Digital city tours are affordable and don’t require you to stay with a group and your guide, leaving you with little or no time to “explore on your own.” With our smartphone-based tours, you’re in control. You decide when to start, how much time to spend at each stop, and when to take breaks. And best of all: you’re exempt from most COVID restrictions, since you’re not part of a group but are exploring your vacation destination on your own.
To get the most out of your self-guided tour, we recommend that you bring your own headphones. This will enhance your audio experience, as ambient noise can be distracting.
We currently offer digital city tours in German and English in Freiburg, Breisach, Basel, and Regensburg. You can find our digital city tours on our new website.
