As the city’s official partner for guided tours of Freiburg, we can only employ guides who have completed at least basic training (1 star) in accordance with BVGD (Bundesverband der Gästeführer Deutschland e.V.) standards.
We also welcome motivated and committed self-taught guides for guided tours and excursions in the region.

As a freelance tour guide you will be responsible for looking after the guests of the river cruise companies in the Upper Rhine Valley. You will accompany our guests on excursions and city tours from Basel, Breisach and Strasbourg and ensure that they have an unforgettable time. We rely on your expertise and knowledge of the region.
You are fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage. You have an open personality, are communicative and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations. A basic knowledge of the Upper Rhine Valley and its destinations would be an advantage, but we offer training opportunities to career changers.
